1) Send a cheque or postal order for the full amount made payable to K. Cook

An analysis of one piece @ �1.20,

five pieces @ �5.00 or twelve pieces @ �10.00

 

For each additional  order over twelve, add 90p per piece.

e.g. An order of 14 pieces = �10 + �1.80p = �11.80p + P & P (see below)

Please check which pieces are available before ordering. 

2) Enclose a SAE (A4 size)      

i)      1 or 2 pieces = two 1st class stamps

ii)    3 to 5 pieces = three 1st  class stamps

ii)    6 to 9 pieces = four 1st class stamps

iii)  10 to 13 pieces = five 1st class stamps

iv)   14 to 19 pieces = six first class stamps

v)     20 to 25 pieces = seven first class stamps

vi)   26+ pieces = eight 1st class stamps

3) Include the title and the reference and anthology number(s) of the notes that you require - for this information go to the AS and A Level London Anthology Set Works page and copy the relevant details.
