3)  Confirm your order in writing and send it to the address below. You must enclose:

(a) a cheque or postal order for the full amount, made payable to K. Cook and 

(b) a SAE (A4 size) 

i)   ONE CD or Cassette = three 1st class stamps

ii)   TWO CDs or Cassettes = six 1st  class stamps
